Providing ample space for 12 people it boasts a host of features including a superb living room with ornamental inglenook fire surround an impressive vaulted beamed ceiling and a splendid open galleried landing. The lake is delightful spot for a bit of private fishing and a spacious recreation room is ideal for younger members of the party. A separate apartment is occasionally used by the owners.

Secluded and peaceful yet only 1 mile from Godstone and Caterham Melathron lies just a short drive from the area's many attractions – Chartwell Hever Castle Hampton Court Palace and Leonardslee Gardens are among a plethora of stately homes and gardens waiting to be explored whilst thrill seekers will surely head for Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. London can be reached within half an hour from nearby Oxted Station (5 miles) whilst Brighton and the South Coast are about an hour's drive. A day out at Epsom or Lingfield races the spa town of Tunbridge Wells and day trips to Europe by train or from Dover are all easily accessible. Shops and pubs serving food 1 mile.
